From the Ramses door, walk turn 180 degrees instead and you'll see a column.Walk up to them, and to the edge of the platform, you'll see a portal (it's more obvious in the HD and VR versions of the game), jump in it to be teleported to a secret place with an XPML21 Rocket Launcher. From there, turn left, you'll see some more stairs. After killing the juvenile Arachnoid, walk out of the corridor and take the stairs to the left.After 2 turns, you'll see a Extra Large Health. Turn left to find a secret passage to the corridor with the juvenile Arachnoid. Before the room with the wall that lowers and the ambush, jump up the lamp on the right, and from there on the ledge.Jump the gap between the platform you're standing on to the opposite platform to find a secret place.
Eventually, you'll come across the edge of the platform.

I will be tuning it as I use it, but I rather the community help speed things along. If you have problems with it please save your negative votes and help me make it better by commenting. NOTE PLEASE READ: This can be done with multiple playthroughs, but YOU MUST collect the secrets you DIDN'T pick up last playthrough. I couldn't find the first secret with the shotgun, but the rest were a breeze in the first level. The guide is accurate enough to get you the achievement with little problems. This is the best Secret guide I could find.
